Mack is the firm’s newest associate, joining in 2017 following his graduation from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he earned cum laude distinction. Dayton has been Mack’s home since 2004 and he has adopted it as his hometown. He was born into an Air Force family and has been fortunate to see much of the U.S., but Dayton, Ohio has become his forever-home. Mack received his B.A. in Political Science from Wright State University and double-minored in German and music. Mack also received his M.A. in International and Comparative Politics from Wright State University, focusing on Peace and Security Studies. His graduate thesis, “Multicultural Public Policy and Homegrown Terrorism in the European Union” was selected for a Graduate School Excellence Award.
During his time at UDSL, Mack was a member of the University of Dayton Law Review. He served on the Editorial Board as Publication Operations Editor, a managerial role. In that role, Mack was able to develop and utilize his skills as a writer, editor, and legal scholar. His staff writer comment, “Net Neutrality and the Department of the Internet: Creating Problems through Solutions”, was selected for publication in Volume 42 of the University of Dayton Law Review.
Mack has a passion for the practice of law in general, but constitutional law will always be his first love, and the reason he chose to pursue a career as a lawyer. As a newly minted attorney, Mack is excited to begin using the skills he acquired throughout his years of education and begin serving his community.
